This lad is the epitome of time management. Works an office job, busy as fuck yet still makes time to get his food cooked and time to train along with being a father.
If that doesn’t show everyone that excuses are the only reason you haven’t achieved your goals, then I don’t know what will.
We first began the fat loss phase. which as you can see from the images above, fucken nailed it. We took him down from to 2000 cals minimum, all within 8 weeks.
Once happy with the current position, we began our bulk phase. Nice and slowly, increasing the cals by 200 every fortnight. We have now been sat at 3300 cals per day, weight has increased by 10kg and still fairly lean.
I can’t wait to see what else we can achieve!
WHO AM I?
I’m a 1-1 Online Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach based in the UK who specialises in fast-tracking body transformations. I help people shed fat, increase strength, feel awesome and build their best body! I achieve this by creating bespoke results-focused Online Personal Training and Nutrition Plans, based on an individual’s lifestyle and fitness goals while providing weekly personalised coaching/feedback videos. All this while ensuring we’re taking a no-nonsense, evidence-based approach.
I have worked with many hundreds of people, all at different starting points of their journey and have developed an in-depth knowledge of how to create completely bespoke strategies that can be implemented into your lifestyle to get you feeling and looking fantastic.
